Govee.pk will dispatch all goods available in stock within three (3) business days of accepting the order. Orders are delivered in approximately 5 working days and in rare cases within 7 working days.
Govee.pk is not responsible for delays in shipment due to force majeure/Acts of God (e.g. inclement weather, natural disasters, riots and strikes etc.)
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the item shall only be handed over to the buyer once the cash payment has been made to the delivery person. Please note that you will not be allowed to open the parcel before you pay for the product. We request you please pay first and receive your order.
If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery, they are responsible for both delivery and return charges of the shipment
The payment method is “Cash on Delivery”. It means you will have to pay for your order when it is delivered to your address via Call COurier, TCS, DHL, Bluex.
